sorry i cant see your data logs .. they are just strait lines .. the only time ive seen this is when i was having problems with the ecu and hondata not liking each other
pull the top cover off the ecu and see if you have 2 green light when you turn the key on if the laptop is conected you will see a flashing red light for dataloging
you could try erasing the ecu and reinstall the map i did with the edited fuel tables as the one you posted is diffrent and leans the car out

Well I have some good news and some bad news, I found and tweaked a calibration that actually get a decent response from my car, , this map will keep the car running instead of running for a bit then dying, but car runs to 10.0 and flatlines like in limp mode

The low speed fuel map is from a crome bin that I tweaked to fit my hondata low speed fuel map
