trouble starting 1600cc E85

Ok im having troubles getting the car to start. We always had problems with this rc 1600,s I put rc 1200's in and i can get it to start. Any ideas? i thought it was maybe the injerctors but i had them tested and they are fine. cars on e85 full blown dual 255's, sleeved gsr 2.0, built, bw s372, fp's at 40psi. seens when i lower the fuel pressure to 30psi seems like it wants to start. just trying to figure this out before putting it on the dyno to see if i should get new injectors
