I installed the hondata boost controller and hooked it up as the instructions said, now my car will not idle or run while not on WOT. im stumped i have tried reloading the rev hard base map but still it dies. any help would be great!

Also car is a 2004 civic si with K20a3 revhard turbo kit. Im running hondata kpro as well. No check engine lights come on just dies out of nowhere

Did it work immediately before you wired in the boost controller?

Everything was working great until i wired the boost controller in, now it just dies without warning just like turning the key to accessories. Will upload the ecu info when i get home

Undo the changes you have made and see if it works correctly. If it does then you connected something incorrectly. Go over the installation instructions again and wire it correctly.

I unhooked the wires from the boost controller and put it back to how it was but its still doing the same thing

What is the serial number of the K-Pro board inside the ECU and what is the serial number on the outside of the ECU case?

Go to online, tools, and click on clear security. When that finishes, close the program and reopen it , then go to new calibration and select a calibration and upload it to the ECU making sure you disable the immobilizer if it is not the original ECU from the car. See if it will start.

ok tried that and it still dies when i gave it partial throttle to back the car up. im uploading the datalog, looks like the a/f ratio spikes right before it dies everytime.

the problem happens right around 3m 40 seconds

MAP sensor is not reading correctly. Check your settings.

I have a stock map sensor. Should i just upgrade to the hondata one?

No, the MAP sensor is not reading atmospheric with the engine off, and the reading is low while running. The regulator for the vcc +5V outputs might be damaged, or something else (a sensor or wiring) is pulling the 5V down.

so i checked voltage at the map sensor with it unhooked and the key turned on. it had 5.07 volts. what other checks are there??
