Ecu having probs when online

Hi guys, ive got kpro that will go online, but will only allow me to look at the sensors. It says its online and it will datalog, but when you try to look at the data there's nothing there. Also it will not allow me to do any tuning. The other day i went online and had no prob tuning at all.

I have checked to make sure the drivers are installed and they are. Also weird is when im online and watching the sensors i cant get the calibration map to tell me what program is loaded into it.

What is the serial number of the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

What is the version of software you are using from Help, About?

I will take the ecu top off and find out, the software is ver 3.03 i think
