idle surging,cel on,no codes,3000 revlimit

i have a 94 integer with a obd1 p72 ecu.. it has s300 with the usdm p72 calibration that came with the smanager. not a single thing modified with the tune.. the idle is at about 1200 and surges from 1000-1300 the engine is completely gone through with no modifications, iacm is brand new oem, the tps may not be in the correct tune but the idle cannot be changed with the screw on the throttle body.. and also the engine cuts out a 3000rpm in neutral or while driving under load, i own the s300 socketing tester and all lights on tester illuminate with the key in run. is the ecu in a limp mode ? and i jumped the connecter by the ecu to read codes and the cel stays lit never flashes. the ecu shows online and also has green lights.. none of the sensors read correctly with the smanager either

Who socketed this ECU?

What is the serial number on the s300? Can you post a picture of the s300?

You would have to replace J12 and cut J1 to return the ECU to stock.

i socketed the ecu and have the socket tester and all the lights light up.. the serial number is 20439..
it shows online.. it will load and down load tunes..

From Help, About, what version of software are you using? You need to properly set the TPS.
