low engine temperature

I have a problem with the temperature as you can see in datalog

Already changed the thermostat, valve temperature and fan switch

please help me

The ECT drops twice in the datalog. It still looks like a bad thermostat to me.

A problem like this needs to be looked at by someone in person. I would recommend taking this to the nearest Hondata dealer or shop familiar with Hondas for some assistance.
