Relay 3600rpm don't know why?

Honda civic 98 ex turbo TO3 Hondata S200 B16 Vtec. The car runs fine for a while then start to relay at 3600rpm even if I'm over they fall to 3600rpm. What I do is shut down move the chipbase and some times it fixed for a while sometimes it get's worst.

I'm not sure exactly what you are describing, but it sounds like you may have a problem with the socketing /soldering of your ecu.
