Well I recently had a 2dr lx accord with an h22a swap and it just so happens my 2 year project car got the front end torn off by some idiot. So now I'm looking at taking the jdm h22a and throwing it in a hatchback shell. My question is what parts can I use off of the accord. Can I use the same lsd trans axel or do I need to use a B series axel. And another question is will the H22a jdm spec motor fit into a hatchback without making it a salvage title, hence cutting the firewall. I know that the wheel wells need to be cut and moved but will it fit without firewall modifications? And can I use the same linkage and gear box as I had on the accord which was prelude type r or will I need to use one from another civic.
