Dear Hondata. I'm using K100 in EU EP3 civic & I'm almost sure my tuner (your official k100/kpro dealer) screwed my calibration, my car drives nicely and proved good gains but it's consuming like V8 now. I've been asking him to re-tune my car but he claims everyhing's ok with my map and it may be "smth else". Since K100 does not allow any dataloging, frankly said I'm on my own with your product and with a hell of a problem.
If I'm right with his faulty map/calibration, is there any way you could help me forcing him to fix my cal or you do not take any ressponsibility for that your dealers are doing? In my country there's only one certified K100 dealer. After all he's selling your products giving a bad name to hondata trademark?
It's just a simple question "what if..."
