Blue screen

i got a new laptop and and tryed conecting my kpro but after the drivers are installed i get a blue screen, i have windows 7 64bit and from what its doing i think its the drivers becauce if i take out ram and the computer runs 32bit the kmaniger will work perfect, i was told by dell that with 4gb of ram it makes the comuter run 32bit

I do not believe that a 64bit operating system will run in 32bit if you remove memory. It sounds like you have some bad memory and that is what is causing the problem.

well that's what dell said, and I use one or the other in different slots and the only time I get the blue screen is wheni have both chips in

Try a different computer. It really sounds like you have a computer problem and Dell is giving you the run around.

well tell me what is wrong with my computer then, it worked fine on my old computer and i got a new one, to me it looks like a driver issue, when i first conected the computer as soon as the poper drivers were instaled i get the blue screen
