NEED KMANAGER FOR kpro rev11(older version)

i have the newest version of kmanager installed in my laptop but my ecu will not connect to it. i tried changing the usb cord but still nothing. i was reading online and some people said i needed the kmanager version 3.0 or v1.5.1.0.. please help. weir can i download this kmanager from?

I'm in the same boat. I recently purchased a brand new Asus netbook w/ Windows 7 Premium Home Edition, downloaded the latest version of K-Pro, but the ECU won't connect to the computer. The KManager on my friend's Windows 7 laptop connects just fine, though. I know that my netbook has enough RAM to run KManager, & my USB is 2.0. So what's the deal? Why won't my ECU connect to my netbook?

Use older versions of KManager will not help, and if anything, will make things worse.

More than likely the problem is that the USB drivers are not installed correctly.

Got to http://www.hondata.com/downloads.html and download the latest version - including any beta version.

Install, and follow the instructions to install the USB drivers http://www.hondata.com/help/kmanager/usb_drivers.htm
