Cannot get PWM to work for the life of me.

Post by 52Eighty Performance »

Hi guy's. I have an s300 on a Prelude with the MAC valve, plumbed correctley, and checked function using the instant activation way in the settings, but I cannot get anything to happen when trying to get it to work, I have tried two different valves and nothing, no matter what adjustments are made nothing changes, here is a screen of the setup, please let me know if there are any red flags.

Has the ECU been prepared for boost control?

Adjusting the Hz between 30-60, the duty cycle between 5 and 70%, activation press between 4-8, and nothing changed.

Make sure you have it connected to the correct output on the ECU wiring harness.

How exactly do you have the solenoid wired?

Post a picture of where on the ECU connector you have it connected.

For anyone else that came here,I can use my Mac Valve in the normally open and closed position. Ive set mine in the open position at 40 percent duty cycle and hit 10 psi. In the closed position 65% duty and 12 psi. Ive set activation 2 psi below my waste gate spring rating. I dont have the frequency selected either and it still works. One wire off the valve goes to the A11 pin (If you have the PWM components installed on the ECU) and the other goes to a 12 volt source with the ignition on. Just make sure you have the correct plumbing set up whether it be for internal or external gated.
