itr dc5 + itbs making the kalibration

Hello everyone
I'm now getting ready to install itbs on my k20a it dc5
I've read s300 help file on itbs tuning and found the topic http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10312
I wonder if k-manager allows to make that two tables for map and tps readings.

Could you please give me a step-by-step how-to on the issue?

Anyway the car will be finally tuned on a dyno but still I want to try it myself :-)
