We have a 94 eg hatch with an H22A, T3/T4 turbo, tial waste gate and bov, 4 bar map, running S300.
It is running in open loop mode no a/f sensor feed back and all the "cuts" are switched off
(as far as i can tell).
But some where above 11 or 12 psi map pressure it cuts the injector p/w and duty cycle for a moment and then it returns and then it cuts again back and fourth as long as i hold the throttle. I contacted my selling dealer Solid Tech Performance and that was not much help. Please some one with experience look this over and let me know what they think or what setting I have wrong.

Your tuner needs to retune this as above 12 psi there is no fuel for it to interpolate from and it is basically cutting all fuel and causing a rev limit.

That would explain what it is doing.
Now i have very little experience hondata (and i am not second guessing you) just wondering why when i view the "Show Boost Tables (0-1.8 bar)" under the Options tab it shows a Table with fuel data up to 20 psi plus? What is this table showing me?

I wouldn't boost at all until this is properly tuned or you could severely damage the engine. Under options, click show 3bar tables and you will see the problem. In addition to nearly no fuel it is advancing the ignition dangerously.
