Need help getting flashpro to work

I have an 07 civic Si with i/h/e and just got flashpro, i watched to set video on the website and did everything i locked flashpro to my car then went to upload an map and after i pick the map i wanted i hit upload and it said make sure you have the newest update from hondata and i do i have the 1.1.9.6 update and when i click update it says you have 1.1.9.6 and when i click on flashpro in the manger it says !flashpro and when i click the tab everything is green checked but upload has the yellow (!) next to it. and i tried to unlock flashpro from my ecu and it says you have to have the stock map so i click reture ecu to stock and that doesnt work either, anyone know how to fix the to get the flashpro to upload and work right??
