Idle fluctuation

Hello,

I'm with some idle problems JUST when i blip the throttle she goes up and down a couple of times and then stabilizes and the idle goes very smooth and correct for my desired target.

The car was normal and then i stopped the car for about 3 weeks and she started to do this.

I don't have fitv is a 98 type-R.

I have checked and double checked for vacum leaks and there is no one.

I really think is the IACV i already cleaned twice but with no results.

TPS is calibrate by hondata and it have a ~100 beetween max an min beeing the min at 4.34 and the maximum at 103.87.

My diagnostics goes only for the IACV i think the mechanical part is not working properly and my question is, do you replace this part often or is really not normal that this goes wrong just a simple clean and is done?

Another thing that i notice is that sometimes the engine doesn't start is rare but 1 in 100 maybe happen.

No one that I know of has ever bought one. I have the same problem as well, next step for me is to buy another one. good luck.
