can we run the k pro with no high speed speedo signal

K-Pro .If we do not require a signal to drive a speedo can we run sucessfully with or without a signal from the high speed speedo drive using a low speed engine harness or do we need to swap out the harness as well.

The 2002-2004 (low frequency) harness does use the same VSS connector as the 2005+ (high frequency) harness. Usually the easiest route is to use the 2002-2004 transmission case with vss.

yes have been through all this

will kpro [using low speed engine harness] run ok without a speed sensor signal ?
ie connected but not being driven

will lack of speed sensor or speed sensor signal affect operation of vtec ?

You must have a properly functioning speed sensor signal going into the ECU.
