performance getting bad after 2 days

hi guys....

I have a civic hatchback with h22 swap.....I have a big throttle,exhuast,crank pully....... lately I installed some good parts at once.....1-kaiten flywheel....2-exedy clutch...3-greddy headers....4-SCI msd ignition.....the car's performance in the begining was awesome and the response was amazing.....but after two days all dissappeared.the performance got back to normal...I dont know why..... some told me its the ecu......!!!!!!...I want some advice because the car's performance sucks comparing to before...............if its the ecu..i want to know what i have to do with it ?????

I have had alot of problems in the past with my msd units. Went through 2 msdbtm6's and 1 6AL. I would check to make sure that is properly working.
