idle problem with b16a itb

hi i have a civic eg6 sir 92-95
with b16a all motor itb
the engine has 12,5 c/r with dome pistons ,rods ,acl bearing ,fpr to 44psi ,luccas 440cc injectors ,plugs 8heat range ngk 42mm itbs ,stage 3 cams blox c ,all the head is supertech ,head gasket 0,30 mr gakset ,the head is milled 9/10
my problem is that i can not keep idle i see all the parameters in s300 and it is right
i set column index at tps as says hondata for itb and at tps parameters i set map with close throttle to 1kpa and map with open throttle at 100kpa but when i idle and datalog i see 900-800mbar (i do not have any datalog this time on my pc )
i want to know if i set right the values also at target lambda i set :
low 14,4 load 580
medium 13,5
high 13,3 load 870
is the values okey ?cause if i set wrong the target lambda values i mess everything .thanks i wait for answer

i want to tell me someone what values i must set to the following parameters of smanager

1)modified tps signal(alpha-n)
map value with throttle full closed ? mbar
map value with throttle full open ? mbar
use atmospheric pressure sensor compensation (enable?)

2)target lambda settings
low load 14,4 below ? mbar
medium load 13,5 between
high load 13,3 above ? mbar

this is my question and my problem is that if i do not set the target values right i can not tune the car correct
the itbs they do not has vacuum so when i datalog at idle i see around 900mbar thanks

Please do not use that map. If you target 14.7 all the way your going to blow the motor. Also your not even set up for 100% TPS. I am guessing you read the links posted. That will help a lot.
