returning CT-E superharger reflash to stock

I have a 2007 civic si fa5 with the CT-E supercharger installed with the reflash that is used for the CT-E supercharger kit. I have decided to go turbo, but in the mean time need to return my ECU back to stock. I currently do not have a Flashpro, but if I were to purchase one(eventually I will need it regardless), would I be able to use it to flash my ECU back to stock or do I need to send it in to Hondata to have them reflash it back to stock?
