s300 red and green light solid

hi so i just recently installed my s300 and i get solid red light and green light, car starts but is running crappy, car does have a cel but s300 will not display it, did not have cel with factoy ecu.updated to newest version1.6 and erased old map, ecu will not datalogg or respnd to any comands sent from my laptop, it is connected to my laptop because bottom right corner says online. very confused and really disappointed

sounds to me like you have a bad ecu or if you installed the s300 yourself maybe some bad soldering for the components in the ecu.

Also make sure that it is seated correctly on all the pins.
