My car has no spark when the S300 is used. It had done this once before and I fixed it by erasing the ecu and re-uploading the settings. This lasted less than 24 hours before I ran into the same problem. I put my stock ecu in and spark works fine. This is using the stock h22a configuration included with the SManager software. I see nothing (and smell nothing) burnt. Could it be a bad ecu? After all it is from 1994.

Try the s300 in a different ECU to see if it is just a damaged ECU. This is the most likely cause of the problem.
