Feed to E8 required?

Hi

The lotus O2 relay is hardwired to the main relay (in one unit) so it just comes on with the main relay.

Question is, does E8 need to see a 12v signal to not think there is an issue with a dead relay?

No, if E8 has +12V with any current it will burn out. I'd suggest not using the lotus relays (or relay box) and using individual relays.
