Plugged My Kpro In And Will Not Start

recently bought a kpro i plugged it in my car and car will not start i turn the key over the light on the kpro is green then flashes one time red then stays on green car just cranks and cranks will not start whats wrong is it normal for the kpro to flash one time red then stay green??? its a prc ecu with kpro also when i try to plug it into my laptop it always says error could not find my kpro
