Alright this calibration tune progress on this setup so far with this calibration dynoed 194.15hp @ 8400 and 127.44ft/lbs @6100
run was done open header with 3in diameter short ram intake with additional 6 inch extension. Dyno conditions 57 degrees
Set Up is as follows:
Bottom End:
Completely Stock 98' JDM ITR short block about 70k miles
Compression Checked 215psi all across
Top End:
98 GSR Head Ported/Polished 3 angle valve job milled 5 thousandths
Ferrea Competition Series Valves .5mm oversized
Blox Valve Springs and Retainers
Blox Intake Manifold runners match ported and inlet ported to 70mm
Blox B's Cams Set at 0in-0ex
ITR Throttle Body 62mm bore
Stock 240cc injectors running @ static 60psi
255lph fuel pump
Short Ram Intake 3in diameter piping with additional 6in extension in length
TDM Hytech Replica Header small tube.
Cons: Car fall flat on its face with full 2.5in exhaust with 2.5 test pipe at around 6k rpm than picks up after 7.6k rpm.
Will be redyno in a few weeks with 70mm throttle body and 310cc injectors.

first thing you need to decrease the amount of fuel in columns 7-10 in rows 5000-7500 this should remove your flat spot. Other thing is, since you have all that head work you should lower your vtec engagement point to atleast 4800, you should post a datalog though

I did some changes, you will need to adjust for idle and leaning out the tables where you cruise on the highway. lmk how it works for you.

Thanks for the input man but that map had way too much timing all over the place the motor starts to ping at about 30 degrees of timing usually under a full thorttle load it responded good to about 27degrees of timingMonnoracing wrote:I did some changes, you will need to adjust for idle and leaning out the tables where you cruise on the highway. lmk how it works for you.
