buying another an FP for another vehicle and using it on TSX

a) id like to know if i can buy an unlocked FP-SI - XXXXX (flashpro for SI USDM 2009) and use it for my 05 TSX with 07-08 ecu.
b) will i able to register it with Hondata?
c) for 04-06 TSX you said a $50 harness is required. Is it available?. What its purpose?

No this will not work. You must use a TSX FlashPro.
