Help please

I have a 1994 civic with an Ls/vtec its a b18a1 with gsr head and i have hondata s300 and my friend went to put launch control on it and now when you start the car it dosnt want to idle and when it does it will only idle by itself for a little while and shut off and it throws the 41 code and wont start up for a while after it shuts down. Also when you do get it started and drive it it will die and it it will cut out almost as if it is hitting the launch control while you are driveing. thanks for the help sorry about the post but i need help
