cannot install driver on windows 7 starter

Hey,i recently purchased a mini gateway laptop to use for tuning on the fly sor my s300. It has a windows 7 starter os, i was able to install the software but when i plug in the usb, it never says "found new hardware".It is labeled onder OTHER DEVICES and it has an (!),I cannnot update because it says it could not find a driver. Is there anything that can be done about this.

Follow the steps for manual driver installation. The most common problem is that people do not enter the driver path correctly. (Usually C:\Program Files\SManager\Drivers)
