Full throttle shift install on non cruise control car?

Post by Listerofsmeg »

Hi,

I have a stripped out drag delsol that i need to put FTS on. I have seen a few guides knocking around but they generally talk about the cruise control switch on the clutch pedal as well as the normal clutch switch.

Now obviously my car does not have the cruise switch at all, so how would you guys suggest i do this? I have bought a small trigger switch which i could mount under the clutch pedal somehow, but beyond that what would i need to do to enable the feature?

What pin would i/could i use on the ECU? would i need to power the switch from a normal ignition live?

Thanks for any help!!

You have to choose what input you want to use in the software and then wire the switch accordingly. Some inputs are 12v, and others are ground.
