I am looking to improve my throttle response similar to what some e-throttle controllers do via the target throttle plate map but was wondering if anyone could share what would be a good amount to increase it by and what amount would be over-doing it? Was thinking of doing a +10 to 1000-5000rpm (1% to 50% throttle).
Interestingly enough, I wonder what the other brands of e-throttle controllers increase it up by?
Also any examples / screen shots / calibrations of any Flashpro map with increased throttle response via the target throttle plate would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Improving throttle response via target throttle plate
Re: Improving throttle response via target throttle plate
I actually went the other way with mine, since the DBW system already multiplies the throttle position by about 50% on the S2000. Each platform seems to have it's own stock map, and the S2000 seems to be the worst (way too touchy). Here's a thread I started about it, which isn't S2000 specific.
