hondata please help 08 civic map base

Whats up guys. Ive had my flashpro for about two weeks now and have been running a maf calibration i put together. I'd like to go with a map claibration but need a good base to start off with based on what ive got, that will keep knock to a minimum. My current mods include skunk 2 megapower 70mm catback, weapon r cold air intake tube, k-tuned 410cc injectors. If anyone has a good base i can build from that wont cause a dagerous level of knock id appreciate any help. Thanks
