Revs hang for split second

Hi is there anything you can adjust in flashpro to stop the revs hanging when changing gear ( mainly noticeable on low cam driving slowly off boost ) -its very irritating - i have not supplied data log as it would not show anything - car is a euro s2000 turbo charged running rc650cc injectors - any help would be appreciated .
