E85 reflash

Just wondering if Honda data reflash ecus to run e85
I see it all the time in the Subaru forms they all sale to bump the fuel maps by 33% you can run your car stock with E85
I even found a guy with a Harley that bump up his maps 33% (the guy owned a ethanol plant)
I wanted to do my 91 integra.. if i have to upgrade to obd1 i am ok with that...
