Reverse lock not working. Why!?

Hello guys, need some assistance.
car is ek jdm k20a.
My harness didnt have a cable on the 24pin plug at position B07.
so i wired one up from the reverse solenoid pin#2 , with pin#1 going to ground
Still didnt work.

Using a test light, i opened the ecu lid, car on ign2, and tested the signal from the ecu pin. no power.. Any ideas?

What ECU do you have?

its a PRB ECU. tripled checked on the ECU serial number.

i am aware that 5 speed ecu's do not have reverse lock

just trying to keep things private for my tuner.

plugged the ecu into a mates car and it seems like power is emmitting from that pin.

Dont think its a kpro issue no more. Thnks anyway
