s300 ITR stock tune no vtec Help!!!!!!!!!

I have a VSS signal(speedo works), Rpm, and no trouble codes.....but no vtec. I spliced in a small light bulb to the A4 pin to let me know when the vtec is engaging. The vtec has no oil pressure switch so I disabled it along with the knock and barometer sensor. Why no vtec? Is there another tune I can download besides the stock ITR because it doesn't work! I am lost and ready to break something! Please help! Can I put it on a push button or will that damage the motor(vtec fuel and timing maps)?

My car is a 95 integra with a 98' ITR motor with Ls trans. The only thing different in the motor harness is the distributor jumper for ob2 to Ob1. I had to change the injectors because the injector plug was different. They are bigger injectors,I just don't know what size. The car runs great, Just no vtec. I'm gonna check and clean the ground at the thermostat housing. I hope this helps.

I feel like an idoit! Its a non-vtec ecm. I'm gonna hook up a relay tomorrow to the A15 pin. Thanks for the help.
