Injectors not firing?

So my injectors are definetly not firing. I drained the tank, took the injectors and got them cleaned. And my car wont star unless i spray throttle body cleaner or something of that sorts in the Throttle body. can any body help me shed some light on this? oh yeah i re did all my grounds as well.

i also noticed my injector pulse width is at 25 and in the red?
can any body help me with this? i have been searching this forum and k20a trying to resolve my issue.

Oh yes, i almost forgot, The fuel pump turns on. i have pressure at the rail, and i have injector pulse @ the injector clip i checked with my noid light.

Try the ECU on a known good vehicle.
