I have attached the calibration I am currently running.

If nothing can be found wrong within the calibration, what are the next steps I can take?

Disabling emissions error checking will not change how a scan tool reads the OBD2 information, it will just keep it from throwing error codes related to those systems.

understood, but will I be able to pass inspection (here in NJ only consists of OBDII testing) with this disabled?

It saying not supported means that they do not check that. The K-Pro is for off-road use only and may not pass an emissions test.

By default the enable emissions error checking should be disabled. It appears as though it was accidentally switched on recently by default. Simply uncheck the box and you will not see the error as it was originally designed.
