AFR fine tuning, 3 questions please

Please, I need some infos. I have 3 questions about AFR fine tuning:

1. In this particular case, I need to shape this AFR spike. Can I adjust only the cells that ECU is reading in that particular moment, or I must adjust the rpm indexes involved? (for all tables)



2. Can I adust just only column (all tables) ?



3. Can I only adjust sections like this?
