Ls turbo fresh build. PLZ Help

Here is what i have,

precision 660 low impd

everything is in a 93 civic hatchback, i dont have a working calibration yet im trying to get it to where i can drive it to evans but im having toubles doing it myself.

It will start and idle but if I give it slight throttle the rpm will climb to say 3000 3500 and cuts fuel, the wideband says its leaning out. I know its vague but its all I got for now hopefully someone has a close cali. I will post the map im using and the datalog file tomorrow.

Could the fpr cause this? Any suggestions on what basemap to start from? I would have the map that came on the ecu but i switched the maps cuz wouldnt run(had socks in the intake ports lol), after that the laptop got beat the f up and i lost the map. i hate windows. Once i load a suitable map ill upload the datalog and calib.

Here are the Datalog and Map files. The map is from an 05 teg gsr w/ gt28. The problem I am having is when you hold partial throttle it seems to run out of fuel and shuts down and will stall unless i leave off throttle. wideband says it idles at 10.2 .3 .4...

Check if you have a vacuum leak

I checked and checked again for vacuum leaks, all good.

Check your mechanical timing again, your not anywhere near the amount of vaccuum you should be at idle based on the datalog you posted, also check your valve lash adjustment. And calibrate your TPS its not picking up that you moved it at all on the datalog, Start with those things and get back to me.

thanks, i finally got the fuel pressure gauge so ill put that on tomorrow and upload another datalog and calibration. as far as the tps goes i have to drill out the stock one and put it on, the one that came with tb is junk. it calibrates between -5 and 78. Thanks for the input ill do everything tomorrow and get back to you with more info

how are you runing the fuel line from the filter to the rail and the return i had a similar issue on a customer car

you input different kinds of injector sizes in Parameter Fuel Trim than you say on the forum...

Its the stock fuel line all the way to the fuel rail. The banjo bolt on the fuel filter was drilled out to allow more fuel. What did the parameter say? 770? I was told by J.Adams by increasing injector size will have the same effect as a global fuel cut to get a leaner condition. That was one of my attempts at creating a leaner condition at idle. The injectors are 660s so I'm told by the buyer. Is there any way to confirm this? I have them set as 660s in parameters now and next attempt will be with the 95 gsr 550cc gt28 map, which i will post in a few hours along with the datalog.

Here are the new map and datalog files. it has 40 psi fuel pressure. and is idling around 10.3 to 10.9.. I tried leaning out col 6 and 7 a good bit with minimal results. you should be able to see this in the datalog.

Ok there are a couple of things to look at here based upon your new calibration and datalog. Its good to see your tps reading something now but I still notice that your MAP reading is still only at 4 to 5 in/hg so I have some questions about that. For starters what is the exact MAP sensor that your using. Also do you have a vacuum/boost gauge hooked up in the car, if yes what does it read at idle if no get one and find out what its reading at idle. Also how did you wire your MAP sensor (what wires went to what pins) I Fully believe that your problem is related to the fact that the MAP sensor seems to have a solid state value even when you blip the throttle. Let me know.
