NEED CAL for k20a2 w/ toda c2 cams

please help?

i need the calibrations for a k20a2 with:

ITR pistons
ITR rods
TODA c2 cam
TODA valve springs
TODA retainers
RCREW header
SKUNK2 70mm throttle body with custom APEXI cold air intake
RBC manifold ported to match 70mm
stock injectors
2.5 exhaust system
the head is also mill .200

any help would be greatly appreciated.
