I just installed my Innovate Motorsports MTX-L Wideband Sensor. Installation went good, calibration done. What I noticed is, the MTX-L gauge reads: 12.2-12.5 A/F, the Display on my Smanager reads: 13.4-13.7 A/F. Wideband input source is D10, yellow wire from product. My Voltage/Lambda Conversion Table are as follows :
Voltage : 0.00 2.49 5.00
A/F Ratio : 7.35 14.69 22.39
How much offset should I start out with??
What could it be???

It's best to ground the device to the same place as the ECU (thermostat housing)

Ground on Thermostat housing is done.. I played with the Voltage Offset in the Closed Loop tab on Perameters, by -.22 volts.. Seems to do the trick.. I just need a tune.. Colorado has plenty of country back roads.... : )
