Printer Cable - FTL

That is your issue! Whenever I try to tune a car with a non-hondata cabe I have issues. I know keep my Hondata Cable in my laptop bag due to this.
Need a Kpro or s300 Tuned in the Toronto area? Send me a PM.

When was the last time it worked? What has changed since then? What does it show up as in the Windows Device Manager?

I just got it about a week or two ago serial#37820-prb-ao7-2068-704039

I bought it for the s2000 it took me a few weeks to get all the sensors installed, Just went to set it up yesterday and i don't get anything.

It doesnt say anything in the device manager, thats why i'm wondering if its the cable. Car is all stock other then exhaust

With the Device Manager open, does the screen refresh when you unplug and plug in the USB cable to the K-Pro?

so my buddy came over with his s300 cable and as he was about to plug it in he thought the usb on the kpro looked odd so we went and took his out of his car to check it out and it looks like it has the part in the middle missing

So i get the original box with the bubble wrap that the ecu was sent in so that i can wrap it to send it back, and there is the plastic piece, I say let me try to put it in and see what happens, i put it in hook to my lap top to give it a whirl, and drivers loaded, car is running

The only issue i have know is that the air fuel doesn't fluctuate it stays still at 14.5

That is because you do not have a wideband o2 sensor.

I see I was under the impression that it would show you the narrow band readings, unless you told it to read off of a wide band.

Thanks for all your help

I'm having similar problem. Laptop detects something has been plugged in but does not allow me to load drivers and never detects device as KPro. I've tried several different computers with same result. I've tried forcing PC to load the drivers but it still doesn't show kpro in device manager, just "unknown serial device" or something like that. I opened the case and found that the daughter card was loose. I tightened up the screws (not too tight) but still the same problem. I purchased car with Kpro and I've never been able to connect it to a PC. How do I proceed?
