91 teg, turbo ls/vtec application?

I recently bought a 91 integra ls, and am about to do the ls/vtec conversion. I was wondering what application would fit that? And I am planning on turboing it as well, and will that make a difference in the application? I also would like to be able to tune it my self. What all am I going to need from hondata, and how much will this cost? I'm sure that you get a lot of posts like this one, but I would really appreciate your help and info. Thanks.
