Prc-023 ecu question?

Hello hondata
I have a 2005 facelift jdm dc5 and have just bought a ecu from a 2002 prefacelift dc5 the ecu no. Prc-023 without the immobiliser but the facelift has a immobiliser build in.
So my question is if I get the ecu kpro'd will it work fine in my car?

If you disable the immobilizer yes.
