I just finished my swap. I mounted on my Lotus Exige S1 one Integra DC5 K20A engine 2002 with kit Jrsc Race (550 injectors), water cooling kits and Hondata K-Pro, manifold 4-2-1 with one lambda sensor, IAT sensor on intake manifold.
I used the calibration K20A2-RSX-JRSC-550cc-9psi
The engine is on, but the cooling fans are always on, the engine has a high idle and when it accelerated drowns, does not rise above 4,000 rpm ?!
Can anyone help me with a better calibration?

It sounds like you are in "limp mode".
Have you not got the secondary O2 sensor installed? I believe you need to switch off a few things from that calibration to make it work.
Are you familiar with KManager?
Go to Parameters Windows, Misc, Uncheck "Enable emissions error checking". (JDM K20A DC5 R does not have FTP or PA)
Go to Parameters Windows, VTEC, Uncheck "VTEC oil pressure switch enabled". (JDM K20A does not need).
See if that helps.
(By the way, the radiator fan should be on when coolant temp is above 95degC, what's ECT is your engine at?)

This is correct: I do not have the secondary O2 sensor installed
- Emissions error checking was enabled
- VTEC oil pressure switch was abled, not anymore;-)
I think the fan's electrical system is not well done, the ECT sensor is new and it is stock version for DC5.

Dude you gotta get us datalogs on this this QUICK! My buddies got a Green&Yellow stock Exige and its fun, but I cant imagine this thing!
