Why is revlimit set higher? Is it safe?

Post by chrissmilesback »

Hello, i recently purchased an s300 p28 5 spd model, for my jdm gsr b18c obd1 92-95. Could you tell me if it is safe, to have the rev limit at 8484, when stock is 8100 on jdm gsr? Thanks again! I am really looking forward to some street tuning as soon as my wideband and egt come in.

It will probably be safe, but you can always lower it if you want.
