FPM advises fuel corrections according to AFR values from the datalog; according to the below settings.

my question is; does FPM compute fuel corrections only according to open-loop data?

(by the way i know that the default setting for low load is 14.7, above setting being 13.5 was experimental.

Does FPM compute fuel corrections only according to open-loop data?

No, the corrections are calculated with both open and closed loop data. In closed loop, you have the option of removing the closed loop fuel trim so that the resulting correction is more accurate.
