Base Tune For B18C1 Mild Built GSR

I have a B18C1 GSR. Built stage 2 head (Skunk2 stage 2 cams, Full Skunk2 valve tran, port and polish and 3 angle valve job) I'm running 310 RC injectors. Weisco 11:1:1 compression pistions. Plus full bolt ons. I just need a tune to get me to a dyno. Any help would be greatly appricated.
