K20a3 With type S cams can anyone help with a good cali?

Well i have a k20a3 in my car with type s cams in it i was wondering if anyone on here could help me with a good calibration for it

stock rsx k20a3
rbc intake
k-tuned headers


i am not running vtec killer i am running a same setup jeremy from inline pro did a while back
