LM1 wideband wiring

Post by VTiSpec »

I have read most of the topics related to it, but need to be sure on the LM1 jack connection to ECU.
I have three wires, red, white and brown (actually wire with no insulation)
white goes to D10 (R131 and R138 removed) what do you mean by "connect to ELD input making sure that the ELD is no longer connected to it" - connect the jack to the ecu? or all the way around.
red goes to + battery (physically connected to the battery)
brown goes to A24

closed loop
wideband - D10 ELD
voltage(lambda) - 1.0 (10v), 2.0(20v)

Misc
Disable ELD - checked

unfortunately, AFR is aprox 14 on S300 and 10 on LM1.

The wire that goes to the ELD must be cut, meaning the ELD can no longer be connected to the ECU.

cut wire and connect white wire to ecu. unchecked closed loop. on idle s300 afr same as lm1, but when i slowly accelerate to 3k rpm s300 afr stays around 14-13 and lm1 afr goes down to 11 and comes up to 13 as rpm stays constant. i have played with voltage offset to match both afr, but everytime i accelerate it gets off.

Ground should go to the thermostat housing.
